By using the bgbd website or any of its services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using bgbd's services.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account with bgbd, you must provide accurate and complete information. Creating an account with false information is a direct violation of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.2 One Person, One Account

Only one account per person is permitted. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found using the same device, IP address, or payment method, bgbd reserves the right to close all associated accounts, and any accumulated bonuses may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. bgbd will never ask for your password by email or chat. If you believe your account security has been compromised, notify our support team immediately.

4.1 Deposits

The following methods can be used to deposit funds into bgbd: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method). Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

Deposits must be made through your own verified payment method. Deposits from third-party payment methods or accounts registered in another person's name are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

bgbd reserves the right to verify identity before processing a withdrawal. All transactions are secured through SSL encryption and safe payment technology.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bgbd offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. If ৳10,000 is deposited, the bonus is capped at ৳5,000, making the total balance ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on specific games — details are listed on the promotions page.
• Each bonus offer applies once per person, household, residential address, or device.
• If a withdrawal is requested before bonus wagering is complete, the bonus may be cancelled.
• If any bonus terms are violated, bgbd reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.
• bgbd reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion.

5.4 VIP Program

bgbd's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week; Silver — up to 0.6% per week; Gold — up to 0.9% per week; Platinum — up to 1.2% per week; Diamond — up to 1.5% cashback per week. Progression to the next tier depends on your overall gaming activity. bgbd retains full discretion regarding VIP benefits.

6.1 General Betting Policy

All games and bets on bgbd are conducted on fair and transparent principles. Fair play is ensured on our platform and the outcome of every game is determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.2 Sports Betting

bgbd offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Bet outcomes depend on the official results of the relevant sporting body. In the case of disputed results, bgbd's decision will be considered final.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game or bet is interrupted due to a technical error, bgbd reserves the right to void or restore the relevant bet. bgbd is not responsible for any losses resulting from internet connection disruptions.

6.4 Suspicious Activity

If any user exploits a software error, bug, or any other irregular method, the relevant winnings will be voided and the account may be closed. Coordinated betting or game manipulation also falls under this rule.

While using the bgbd platform, you are required to refrain from the following activities:

• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack, crack, or otherwise disrupt the platform's security systems.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other unauthorized tools.
• Collecting or sharing another user's personal information.
• Using the platform's name, logo, or content without permission.
• Operating multiple accounts for financial gain.
• Creating or operating an account with false or incomplete information.

Violating these rules gives bgbd the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice.

8.1 bgbd's Rights

bgbd reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any reason, particularly when:

• Any part of these terms is violated.
• Fraud or unusual activity is detected on the account.
• Identity verification or document submission is unsatisfactory.
• Required for legal or regulatory reasons.

8.2 Closure at User's Request

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact our support team. A self-exclusion option is also available as part of responsible gaming.

8.3 Balance After Closure

If any valid balance remains after an account is closed, it will be returned after bgbd's verification process is complete. However, bonus funds will not be returned for accounts closed due to a violation of these terms.
